In his 18th year at the Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials Andrew Nicholson is in fourth place going into the final day. Nicholson scored 32.1 on his horse Swallow Springs and caught up with Rosy Taylor after completing the course.
Local Lincolnshire rider Richard Jones has finished the Cross Country with a score of 37 on Alfies Clover, putting in him in 9th place going into the final day. Jones caught up with Rosy Taylor after completing the course.
Kristina Cook has placed 12th on her horse Star Witness following the Cross Country with a score of 39.1. Star Witness finished in seventh last year and Cook caught up with Rosy Taylor after completing the course.
New Zealander Tim Price leads the 2018 Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials following a score of 27.3 in the cross country on his horse Ringwood Sky Boy. Rosy Taylor caught up with him after his test.
Oliver Townend finishes day three in second position following a score of 27.9 on his horse Ballaghmor Class. Rosy Taylor spoke to Oliver following his test. Towend also placed 10th on MHS King Joules and 13th on Cooley SRS.
Piggy French completed her cross country test with a score 31.1 on her horse Vanir Kamira putting her into third place going into tomorrow’s show jumping. Kerry Varley caught up with Piggy after her test.

Tim Price completed the dressage test with a score of 26.9 on his horse Ringwood Sky Boy putting him in second place going into the cross country. It’s Price’s fifth consequitive Burghley and he caught up with Francesca Davies-Ruocco after his test.
