TONY ISAACS HAS BEST STAND
Tony Issacs eponymous trade stand (A 18) was judged ‘Best Trade Stand’ of the year at The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials. Tony who has been bringing his trade stand to Burghley for 31 years, has an eye-catching display of competitively-priced shoes, scarves and jewellery.
The category for ‘best stand within a stand’ was won by Sally Burr Silk Flowers, which can be found in The Country Living Stand.
The annual competition was this year judged by Channel Four At The Races presenter Alice Plunkett who chose her winners from over the 600 stands at Burghley.
“Sally had produced a really good display and the realistic flowers are quite simply really beautiful,” said Alice. “Tony’s stand is really different, very funky and very colourful – you can’t help but notice it.”
