Already one of the most popular Event sites on the internet, The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials (30 August – 2 September) website has a fresh new look to be launched at 2pm on Tuesday 10 April. is designed to appeal to everyone from ‘silver surfers’ to the ‘dot com generation’ with the aim of making it even more user-friendly and informative. It will be a ‘one-stop shop’ for all visitors to Burghley, both virtual and in-person.

Brand new ideas at
* A first for a UK Three Day Event - the website has a free RSS feed. You can subscribe to this web tool and have any new material delivered straight to your desktop, live as it happens!
* A select line of merchandise – based on best sellers from the Event merchandise.
* First Time Burghley – a quick guide to help newcomers to the Event find their way around.

Event Director, Elizabeth Inman, said: “Last year, our website received over 1.5 million page requests and around 120,000 distinct hosts. With its fresh new look, we’re delighted that it will now be even easier to use, continuing to provide visitors to the Event, as well as our international followers, a window into Burghley.”
