Cancelled Bookings, Lost, Forgotten or Unused Badges/Tickets
No duplicate can be issued or any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused car passes, admission tickets or members/guest badges. The use of Royal Mail's Special Delivery service is included on the order form. This guarantees delivery by 12 noon the day after posting and provides compensation of up to £250 for lost or damaged items (see order form).

Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event
No refunds will be made on the day. In the event of cancellation or abandonment, money paid in respect of advance bookings or a logical proportion thereof, will be refunded on the return to the Box Office of tickets/passes which could not be used because of cancellation or abandonment. Refunds will only be made in respect of any day that is wholly abandoned before the start. Please send badges/tickets and car park pass stating full name and address of sender and, if different from that of sender the full name and address of the purchaser to:
The Box Office, The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials, Sanders Road, Wellingborough, Northants. NN8 4BX. To be valid, requests for refunds must be received in writing to the Box Office within one month of the Event. The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials will have no responsibility or liability of any nature in respect of any request received after that time.
