Box Office
The Burghley Box Office will open in May for information and purchasing advance tickets. The telephone number is +44 (0)1933 304 744. All tickets are available for advance purchase.
Pre-Event ticket collection is available from the Box Office
at Station Gates entrance the Wednesday before the Event, open 10.00am - 6.00pm. See map of showground for location.
Burghley House
Burghley House is open on Thursday and Sunday of the Event (11.00
am - 4.30 pm). Telephone 01780 752451 for details of admission
prices.
Car Parking
Gates open at 7.30 a.m. To avoid delays on Saturday, you are
strongly advised to arrive early.
Cash Points
ATMs are available at three convenient locations in the shopping
village.
Children's Crèche
Run voluntarily by the British Red Cross Society for a maximum
of two hours for children up to and including four years old.
Baby changing facilities are available.
First Aid Facilities
Run by The British Red Cross Society and located behind the
South Grandstand.
Food and Drink
Bar and catering facilities to suit all tastes are available
around the Showground.
Getting around
the Showground
Due to the terrain in the Park, it may not be suitable for those
spectators with certain medical conditions. All spectators are
advised to wear suitable footwear, and should be aware that
there may be times when it could be difficult to move around
freely and easily.
Programmes
Available to purchase on Thursday morning of the Event around
the showground at a cost of £5.
Shops
Shops open daily 9.00 am - 5.30 pm, Thursday to Sunday.
Shoppers' Drop
Located behind the East Grandstand adjacent to the Members'
Enclosure.
Telephone
A public telephone is located next to the Site Stewards’
office at the bottom of Avenue A.
Toilets
Sited throughout the showground and marked on the Arena Plan
in the programme.
Walking the
Course
While visitors are not allowed on to the cross country
track itself, it is possible to walk the course in fairly close
proximity to the fences. Please call the Box Office (01933 304744)
for details of organised course walks.
