One of the busiest riders on the eventing circuit, Angus is a well-known producer of young horses and has five CCI**** starts under his belt, three of which have been on his Young Rider horse, Cornsay Grouse. He jumped clear round Burghley in 07, 08 and 09, and finished third at Bramham in the U25 championships in 07. Angus was stable jockey for last year’s Burghley winner Oliver Townend for two years, but he now runs his own yard in Leicestershire with his girlfriend, Kelly Aldous. He is trained by Kenneth Clawson and Ian Woodhead.
