The Land Rover Perpetual Challenge Trophy presented by Land Rover will be awarded to the winning owner.  A miniature of the Land Rover Perpetual Challenge Trophy will be awarded to the owner and to the rider of the winning horse.
The Burghley Challenge Cup presented by the Sixth Marquess of Exeter will be awarded to the winning rider. 
The Henry Tate Challenge Cup presented by Sir Henry Tate, Bart, will be awarded to the owner of the second horse.
The Sugden Challenge Trophy presented by Miss Nora C. Sugden will be awarded to the rider of the second horse.
The Stamford Challenge Cup presented by Stamford Town Council will be awarded to the owner of the third horse.  A silver photo frame presented by Dawson of Stamford Ltd will be awarded to the rider of the third horse. 
A miniature of the Land Rover Perpetual Challenge Trophy presented by LAND ROVER will be awarded to the highest placed British Rider who is competing for the first time at Burghley.
Bouvet Ladubay will present a jeroboam of Sparkling Saumur to the winning rider and a magnum to the riders placed second and third. 
Dege & Skinner of Savile Row will present a voucher for a Bespoke Riding Coat to the highest placed British Rider who is under 25 on 1st January 2011 and who is not yet entitled to wear the adult Union Flag Badge.
Rolex Grand Slam of Eventing: a cash prize of $350,000 will be awarded to the athlete who wins Kentucky CCI**** (USA), Badminton CCI**** and Burghley CCI**** in any consecutive order regardless of the calendar year.  Due to the re-scheduling of the Badminton/Kentucky dates in 2011 in order to be eligible to claim the Rolex Grandslam prize the winner of the 2010 Badminton Horse Trials will have to win the 2010 Burghley Horse Trials and the 2011 Kentucky 3DE (even though the 2011 Badminton Horse Trials takes place before the 2011 Kentucky 3DE.)   The winner of the 2010 Burghley Horse Trials (if different from the winner of the 2010 Badminton 3DE) will have to win the 2011 Badminton Horse Trials and the 2011 Kentucky 3DE in order to win the Rolex Grandslam.
HSBC FEI Classics: Burghley is part of this series. Points won at each of the five 4-star events in the series go towards prizes for the athlete(s) with the most points over the year.
HSBC FEI Clasics Training Bursary: awarded to the highest placed athlete never to have completed at a 4 star level event prior to 1st January 2010. The training voucher to the value of $1,000 with a trainer of the athletes choice approved by FEI and National Federation.
Sport Horse Breeding of Great Britain will present a bronze and rosette to the owner of the highest placed horse sired by an SHB (GB) Graded Stallion or HIS Premium Stallion, provided it finishes in the first twelve places.
Twemlows Hall Stud will present a scholarship for two embryos to the highest placed British bred or domiciled mare completing the competition providing it is placed in the top 20.
The Supporters of British Breeding will present a £1,000 prize to the Breeder of the highest placed British Bred Horse providing it finishes in the first six places.
